Curious about shipping times?
Please allow us a few days to process all the orders from the website and get them ready for mail out, then it should take…
•Magazine subscriptions: first issues of a subscription are either mailed from our office in Vancouver, Canada or directly from the printers (whichever is quicker). If it’s mailed from our office, please allow us a few days to process the order and get it ready for mail out. Then it takes 3–7 business days to reach subscribers in Canada, 5–10 business days to reach US subscribers and up to 4–6 weeks to reach international subscribers. The remainder of your subscription is airmailed hot off the press directly from our printers, so issues will reach you much quicker.
•Back issues: usually take 3–7 business days to mail in Canada, 5–10 business days for the US and 4–6 weeks for international customers.
•Corporate America Flags: usually take 3–7 business days to mail in Canada, 5–10 business days for the US and 4–6 weeks for international customers.
•Friend of the Foundation Packages, Media Empowerment Kits and Design Anarchy books: usually take 3–7 business to ship in Canada, 6–10 business days in the US and 4–6 weeks for international customers.
This may seem like a long time for international customers, but airmail is both economically and ecologically costly so we try to send by ground mail whenever possible. If you need your products shipped more quickly, please email subscriptions@adbusters.org or call us so that we can arrange for quicker delivery (customer covers the extra shipping cost).
What about my Blackspots?
As long as they’ve only been tried on briefly and haven’t been worn outdoors, you’re welcome to send them back for exchange or refund. If they aren’t in perfect condition and can’t be re-sold, we can’t take them back – sorry!
Please return the shoes to whichever warehouse is cheapest for you, and please mark on the outside of the box RETURNED MERCHANDISE or FOR EXCHANGE ONLY:

As soon as the warehouse lets us know that the shoes have arrived back and that they’re in good shape, we’ll issue a refund corresponding to the value of the shoes (minus the shipping cost) or dispatch your exchange size. Please make sure that you include a note inside the box with your full name and address, and if you would like to exchange or receive a refund - you’d be surprised how many “anonymous” shoes come back!

Shipping times for Blackspots
Processing your order and shipping within Canada, the US and Europe takes approximately 2 weeks. For other locations, please allow up to 3 weeks.
Need to change your address?
No worries, just fill out this form (www.adbusters.org/support_subscribe/change_address.html) and we’ll send your next issue to your new address. If you are planning on traveling or won’t have a stable address for a while, consider sending your subscription to a friend or else send an email tosubscriptions@adbusters.org telling us to put your subscription on hold for the time being.
*Please note that USPS does NOT forward Adbusters to your new address. What they do is rip off the cover, slap your change of address on to it and mail it to us. Then they destroy the rest of the magazine. We receive your forwarding address (sometimes not until months later, often after other issues have already been mailed to the old address) and update our records. This is costly and results in a great deal of wastage, so please make sure you let us know when you move!
Want to cancel your subscription?
Subscriptions are sold at an extremely reduced rate in exchange for a certain amount of commitment on the part of the subscriber. If everyone was able to subscribe at the discounted rate and then cancel at any time that they pleased then people would abuse the system to get a discounted issue or two and then drop the rest, making the system pointless.
Instead may we suggest sending the remainder of your subscription to a friend or donating it to a school or library that may enjoy it? Or we can simply put your account on hold until you wish to start receiving the magazine again.
